When I last talked about the next season of shirts, I posted a preview that featured what I thought was going to be the new designs. Since then I decided to rework what I’m going to be printing for various reasons. Here’s a preview of the final line up.

Still no exact release date but I’m fairly certain it’ll be the beginning of October. In fact, I’m so certain that I’ve contacted various people who expressed interest in modeling the new shirts. The thing about that is I told them I couldn’t give shirts away for free. Instead I will gladly let them model if they cover the shipping and blank shirt costs. They all seemed fine with that until I sent them the link where they can pay. So far only one of the seven I chose has actually paid. Hopefully the others do soon because I don’t want to be stuck modeling everything yet again.

I was doing so well.

Posted In: This site by Bill

I updated everyday for about a week and I just stop. I was doing so well and felt like I was on a roll until I ran out of shirts to post about. I could always post about whatever the other tee blogs post about but I’d rather find stuff for myself even if it means long draughts. So if you have something you think I would like, email me and I’ll throw up a post about it.

Skateboarding and design/t-shirts are probably the biggest things in my life. So naturally I’ve always been a big fan of The Quiet Life. They’re designs are always so simple but clever at the same time.

“This one makes me real happy. It’s like picture pages meets Mark Gonzales style skating. Really makes me wanna get out there and carve some hills.”

Linty Fresh

Posted In: Cute, Plushies, hoodies by Bill

Linty Fresh is a pretty cool company ran by Eric Terry out of Georgia.  I really enjoy the cute illustrations that take up the majority of his designs. He has a pretty large number of different products for sale in his stor such as tees, belts, hoodies, etc, and they are all great. I had the pleasure of talking to Eric briefly via email a little while ago and he is a very nice guy. His printer had a mishap with the printing of one of his tees and he was stuck with a stack of misprinted tees. He decided to give them away for free to anyone who would cover the shipping costs. I grabbed one and have to say, although I can see the mishap, I still think they look perfectly fine.

I’m a big fan of plushies and his Mr. McCloud is one of the better ones I’ve seen.

Lolcat by Zolof

Posted In: Cute, Funny, Music by Bill

I just recently started to really get into Zolof The Rock And Roll Destroyer. I’ve known about them for years but they didn’t click with me until now. Give them a listen if you have a free minute. While I normally wouldn’t post about a band shirt, I feel this one is too good not to post about. Its a shame that its only available as a girls shirt at the moment.

Lowercase

Posted In: Typography by Bill

I first checked out Ugmonk over at emptees a while back. He was trying to get some feedback on his designs and I really liked the style. I had forgotten about them until recently when I came upon their store and noticed he had printed up the designs he had on emptees and they look even better now. I’m a big typhography nerd, and I love the Lowercase shirt. Heres the blurb from the site:

“Fall in love with the beautiful form of a lowercase letter “a.”"

Tokyo Massacre

Posted In: Cute, Horror by Bill

I’ve known about Akumu Ink for awhile and am a big fan, but haven’t gotten around to writing about them until now. I absolutely love their new Tokyo Massacre tee. Its cute and scary at the same time. It probably could have benefited from a bit of blood, but its still awesome nonetheless. Heres the blurb from the site:

“Japanese schoolgirl with a chainsaw and hockey mask. Logo on the chainsaw instead of at the back of the shirt.”

Bowl Till You Bleed.

Posted In: Movies/TV by Bill

Dexter is the best show on tv. I’m obsessed with it and can not wait for the new season to start on the 28th. So naturally I started searching the net for any merch and found some good stuff from Top Heavy Clothing. During the second season, Dexter and some of his colleagues start up a bowling team named Bowl Till You Bleed, a very fitting name. I loved the logo and shirt. So I was ecstatic when I found them online. They’re a little bit pricey at $52, but totally worth it.
